Whatchu know about dates? This is my less guilty feeling dessert that has become a staple in the apartment 🍪 They’re easy and kinda fun to make too!
I know the internet thinks these taste like snickers, but idk about that man 🤷🏽♂️ They just taste good AF 😉
Ingredients:
~20 Pitted Dates
Peanut Butter, to fill dates
1 bag Dark Chocolate chips
Peanuts (we like salted)
Flaky Salt
Recipe:
1. Split the dates. Don’t cut them in half though, just enough to make room for the filling.
2. Spread the date open to make room for peanut butter.
3. Fill the dates with peanut butter!
4. Top with peanuts.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and once melted, coat the dates in liquid gold. You can use the double boil method or microwave.
6. Top the coated dates with flaky salt.
7. Let chill in the freezer until set!
8. Enjoy!
